Made for growing Our products are designed for growing children. The cropped PJ fit ensures extended wear: mid sleeve and long pants when the children are smaller, which then turns into shorter sleeves and cropped pants as they grow. Our quality also supports prolonged use; every wear and wash will cause the cotton to get softer and softer, as it becomes more and more lived in. 100% natural We use the pure cotton, sourced from quality suppliers. Each piece comes wrapped in a 100% cotton gift-pouch. Environment We make a point of reducing plastic packaging, and so we offer recyclable cotton gift-pouches, or paper boxes as packaging for our products. We are always mindful to try to care for the environment, which our children will grow up in. Design Design and functionality are equally important features. Both the aesthetics and practicality of each item are considered in the design process. Each piece must perform to our strict standards, as well as look good. Comfort Every product has been developed to ensure that it is extra comfortable. Designs are reinforced with minimal seams to eliminate uncomfortable raw edges against the child’s skin. Our PJs feature relaxed waist measurements and double parted elastic for even comfort. Easy care Products are machine washable. Refer also to care instructions. Payment options 1) Online payment – Credit Cards We accept Visa and Mastercard via eNETS, using a secure server covered by Singapore laws to ensure your privacy and security. Please be advised that the Currency Converter is only for reference. Any charges will be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD). 2) Offline payment – Cheque or Bank Transfer Singapore-based customers can chose to pay by cash, cheque or local bank transfer. Please contact us so we can help you facilitate the payment in the most convenient way. Your order can only be transacted when the full payment has been received and cleared. Please consider this may take up to 5 working days in some cases for local Singapore transactions. Cancellation of orders We will not entertain any cancellations once order is confirmed and payment is received, although a full refund will be paid if cancellation is due to unavailability of the item(s) ordered. Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Gift services Our products already come wrapped in a variety of 100% cotton fabric pouches, and this is how they are dispatched inside protective delivery packaging. If additional gift cards or outside gift wrapping are required, you can view the Gift Cards option in the shopping cart. We also offer gift vouchers for our products, so the recipient can shop online for the desired present. Vouchers can be delivered via email or by standard mail in one of the gift cards with a note. Please contact us and we can work out the details with you to personalize the gift voucher. If an item should arrive damaged in any way please contact us promptly and we will work to resolve the issue immediately. We do not however take responsibility for goods once we have dispatched them. Exchange and refunds Once goods are sold they will not be accepted for return or refund. All items are manually checked and then carefully wrapped to prevent damages in the delivery process. However, should something arrive in a bad condition we will assist you with an exchange in the same design (subject to availability). Returns of defective product will be accepted within 7 days of delivery. Please include the invoice that you received with your order. After this period, no exchange will be allowed. Product delivered may NOT be returned if non-defective. You may only exchange the merchandise for the same item if the original is defective. Exchange of even defective items and packaging will not be allowed if: - the Cotton Caterpillar tag is removed - damages incurred during the process of delivery - it was worn or used - it was subjected to wear and tear Returns/exchanges will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. An additional delivery fee for this service delivery will be charged. Product descriptions We attempt to describe and depict products accurately. We cannot however warrant that product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product is not as described when you receive it, your sole remedy is to return it to us in unused and undamaged condition in accordance with our return policy. Please note, colours in the product photography may vary substantially from screen to real-life. Typographical errors In the event a product price is listed incorrectly due to typographical error or error in pricing information, we keep the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will credit your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. Local orders - Singapore only FREE delivery on all sleepwear orders. Deliveries of local orders will be dispatched by mail (Singpost) and delivered within 1-3 working days of order approval. Order approval takes effect upon online credit approval, or clearing of funds if payment is by bank transfer or cheque. Cotton Caterpillar will not be responsible for any deliveries lost in transit, so please ensure that you list an actual address and not a PO Box or other, as you may be required to sign upon receipt. Customer support may contact customers for additional information, if required. International orders - worldwide FREE worldwide delivery on all sleepwear orders. Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery after the order has been approved, however in most cases you would receive your stock prior to this. Your goods are delivered by Singapore Post or courier, and for security reasons, we cannot deliver to PO boxes or similar, and addresses need to be actual street addresses. Please email us for information if you require an urgent International Priority Courier delivery, and we will respond to you with your best options. We will not be responsible for deliveries lost in transition. But rest assured that we partner reputable delivery service providers to ensure tracking facilities and quality service. Taxes Prices of our products include all taxes and duties payable by Cotton Caterpillar in Singapore.
